3.1 Products: We offer a variety of clothing products, including ready-to-wear, custom-made, handmade, ethnic wear, and formal wear, such as sarees. We make every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3.2 Custom-Made and Handmade Items: Given the unique nature of our custom-made and handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are a testament to the handcrafted nature of the products.
3.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may be due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.
4. Payments

6.3 Partial Refunds: We do not provide full refunds. If a return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
